My family and I stayed at Day’s Away and we really enjoyed our time there! The location was beautiful, the home was perfect for us and had everything we needed (and more) and the host was very responsive. The side cabin is a great addition as well! We enjoyed the yard/property with the floating dock, rope swing and fire pit. We were able to catch a few fish and a couple of people enjoyed swimming in the river. Highly recommend! I have no doubt we will return!

We have stayed here multiple times. Owner is available and very helpful. Water is always deep enough to swim, and they have their own rope swing. The floating dock is very entertaining for all ages. Houses are very comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. Great outdoor spaces- I do wish they had a pool ladder to make it easier to get in, but besides that it’s perfect!

We had a great experience! Relaxing and fun for the whole family. Being so close made it easy access but also allowed for us to care for the little ones since we were able to go right back to the house at a moment’s notice.

The property is gorgeous! It was perfect and so beautiful and relaxing. They have everything you could want by the river. We really enjoyed just chilling by the fire pit and river and feeding the ducks and relaxing. The dock is awesome and fun to hang out on. We didn’t try the kayaks or canoe or slide or rope swing but they looked nice. The outdoor area is perfection!

we loved this place so nice and spacious to accommodate all our different attitudes and needs will definitely make another trip next summer for longer stay 2 nights was not enough we definitelyhad so much fun
